About Kaitlyn

Hi! I am a CNA, AEMT, U. S. Army Medic, and nursing student with experience in acute care, emergency/trauma medicine, assisted/skilled living, and developmental support. I also spent two years providing direct support to children ages 1 to 16 with developmental delays and disabilities, as well as newborn and neonates. My experience as a CNA and AEMT has given me strong cskills and the ability to remain calm, attentive, and dependable in any situation. Working with children with developmental disabilities has strengthened my patience, adaptability, and ability to provide individualized care. I am comfortable providing a wide range of care while prioritizing safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life. I understand how personal it is to trust someone with a loved one's care, and I take that responsibility seriously. I genuinely love caring for people of all ages and will always provide the compassion, professionalism, patience, and respect I would want for my own family.
