About Kaitlyn

Hi! I'm Kaitlyn, an experienced early childhood educator with more than 10 years of experience working with children and families. I have an associate degree in Early Childhood Education and a bachelor's degree focused on women, families, and communication, and I also own and operate a licensed 5-star family childcare program. I love helping young learners build confidence through patient, playful, hands-on learning. I'm especially comfortable working with preschool and early elementary children, including neurodivergent learners and children who may need a little extra flexibility, repetition, movement, or encouragement. My strengths include early literacy, phonics, beginning reading, handwriting, preschool math, school readiness, and social-emotional learning. I want children to feel successful--not pressured. I'd describe my personality as creative, motivated , encouraging
