Hi! My name is Kaitlyn and I will be 21 in April with a bachelors degree in Psychology. I am planning to start graduate school this summer to then get my LPC and masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My end goal is to become a child therapist who helps children and adolescents navigate through behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. I have quite a bit of knowledge of some special needs disorders and almost all mental health disorders and am hoping to eventually specialize in Autism. I have nannied for kiddos with autism in the past and my brother is on the autism spectrum. Meaning I grew up around adapting and accommodating to most of my brothers needs and goals in order to live with and support him. These include but are not limited to, sensory sensitivities, routines, communication styles, and social interactions. I am looking for something more occasional right now from May throughout the summer and then something more full-time during the school year!
