Hi all! I have been babysitting since 2013 and have been a full time nanny since 2019. I truly have a passion for helping kiddos grow up to be kind individuals and watching them learn about the world around them. I am CPR and first aid certified, and I have taken courses on safe sleep as well. I have experience with families of up to 10 children, families with multiples, and families with kiddos ranging in age from 2 weeks old to 12 years old. I love learning through play and going on outings with the little ones in my care.

Kaitlyn is absolutely magician with littles! She has babysat many times for us from when our daughter was three months old to present (13 months) and she’s always a rockstar. She communicates effectively, is honest, and isn’t put off by a fussy babe. She takes pictures and videos and updates us when we are away, which I love! We always feel our daughter is in safe and caring hands with Kaitlyn and that means the world to us. 

Speaking honestly, I was a little skeptical of Kaitlyn's age when I first reached out. That quickly disappeared once I saw how capable, loving and confident she was with my 7 week old. I was really nervous about hiring someone to take care of my son, especially since he was so young, but Kaitlyn demonstrated incredible knowledge of how to handle a newborn. She is extremely sweet with him and knows exactly what activities are age appropriate for him. She clearly knows an incredible amount regarding newborns and their development. I was especially impressed by her ability to read his sleepy cues and to know how to manage his wake windows. Not only that, but she has been a PRO at getting him down for naps which was super important for me.
I hope to be working with Kaitlyn for the foreseeable future. I can not recommend her enough. Any baby/family would be lucky to have her.

Kaitlyn is absolutely amazing with both my children. My son is special needs and that can be taxing sometimes. I also have an 11 month old baby. She takes such great care of them both. I can't thank her enough for giving me a chance to breathe! I've hired her twice and plan to continually hire her!!

Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing with our two one-year-olds! We were in town for a (non-kid-friendly) wedding, and she came to the bed and breakfast we were staying in to take care of our kids. She also helped get them dressed in formal wear and traveled with us to the venue to wrangle babies during formal photos, then back to the B&B to watch them while we went to the wedding. My kids have a bit of separation anxiety and can be slow to warm up (pandemic babies, what can I say?), but they took to her right away, and she was GREAT with them! She was also so easy, reliable, and flexible in communication and planning leading up to the event. As a psychologist mom and pediatrician dad, we can have high standards for caregivers, but Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing and I would recommend her without reservation! We would book her again any time we are in Chattanooga.

Kaitlyn has babysat our daughter since 3 months old. She arrives on time and always takes great care of our little girl when we go out on date nights. As new parents we were so worries to leave our baby with anyone, but she does a great job and adapts to our schedule well. Definitely would recommend.

I had high hopes for Kaitlyn. Unfortunately, I had to ask Kaitlyn to stay off of her phone while she was caring for my children. She was late 2 out of the 4 times she babysat for me and quit very suddenly and unexpectedly. It was challenging to try and find another nanny in such a short notice. The only positive is that she kept my home tidy.

Kaitlyn provided childcare for our 2 month old baby boy and we couldn't have asked for a more qualified nanny. We are pediatrician parents with particular standards and felt very at ease with her level of experience. From the first time we met her it was evident how comfortable she was with little ones and our son took to her immediately. She was also confident at caring for our large dog (who happened to be post op at the time) and handled her energy with ease. Kaitlyn follows instructions, troubleshoots situations, is a great communicator, and was very flexible with our crazy work schedule. We will continue to hire her for any babysitter/nanny needs we have in the future!

Kaitlyn was such a pleasure. She was available last minute and showed up on time. She was great with the kids and they loved her. Will definitely use her again.
