About Kaitlyn

Hi! My name is Kaitlyn, and I have over four years of babysitting experience caring for children of different ages. I truly love working with kids and enjoy creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and feel comfortable. In addition to babysitting, I have been working for the past two years in a Special Education ASD classroom, where I support children with autism and other developmental needs. This experience has taught me patience, understanding, strong communication skills, and how to meet each child's unique needs. I am currently earning my Bachelor's degree in Special Education because I am passionate about helping children succeed and reach their full potential. I love being a positive role model, helping with learning and daily routines, and watching children grow in confidence and independence. I am dependable, caring, patient, and dedicated to making sure every child feels valued, supported, and cared for.
