I am Ngoc, a mom of twins. I have been working for Quality Nanny Placement for 3 years. I am currently a Mission college student in Child Development major and working as student teacher in Infants and Toddlers Lab at Mission College. I enjoy working as preschool teacher or nanny because I love to create a safe, nurturing environment for children to grow and thrive. I have passion for helping kids to reach their utmost potentials in their early childhood. I can do house chore and cook too.

The best nanny we’ve ever had. Ngoc took care of our 2 year old toddler during my transition to my new job and she couldn’t have been in better hands. Ngoc was dependable, nurturing, kind, and warm. She is calm, composed, patient, and very understanding wrt child behaviors. With her taking care of / playing withy kid, I never have to worry about anything. 
She is like a part of our family now and my kid is always talking about how he misses her when she is not visiting.

We regularly hire caregivers from care.com - and I can confidently say that Ngoc is the best! She is very caring, patient and gentle with our toddler. My toddler loves spending time with her. Ngoc is also very skilled in all baby related work and chores and so you don't need to explain her much. I highly recommend her for any nanny related work.

Ngoc provided good care for our child who only understand very little English. She brings a lot of toys and books, reads to her a lot and exposes her to great music. She play with our child all the time, takes our child to park and library. She knows how to play with children and keep them engaged. Most importantly, she understands how to handle children's emotions, helping them express and sort through them. I will gladly recommend her to any family looking for care.


Ngoc's care for our daughter transcends mere duty. With fun-filled activities, she keeps our kiddo entertained and engaged. Her chill vibe, endless patience, and great communication make her an essential part of our parenting team. We’ve had Ngoc care for our daughter twice via backup care. She is extremely warm, caring and trust worthy. My daughter doesn’t warm up to new caregivers too easily but has no issue with Ngoc. Highly recommend her!

I have been working with her for five weeks. 1) She is friendly so my daughter likes her. 2) She has good manners; she came home on time and if she could not make it, she gave me a notice in advance. 3) She was easy going and flexible so it was easy to work with her. 4) I need some help in cooking and cleaning as well as child care; she was willing to do that so I got a lot of help from her.
