About Kaitlyn

My journey into childcare began with positive babysitting experiences, and a love of teaching. I bring three years of experience and a college degree to my role as a caregiver. I am a certified teacher with Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development coursework. My background has equipped me with strong classroom/behavior management skills, allowing me to comfortably and consistently reinforce household rules. I am comfortable caring for many children. I come off as friendly and approachable, while attempting to engage kids in a creative or active task. I always try to share my love of outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational activities with children. I'm also happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, and swimming supervision. Communication is key, and I'll always use your preferred method to keep you informed. I am First Aid Trained.
