About Kaitlyn

I started tutoring by helping my friends in school with homework assignments in exchange for extra snacks from the school cafeteria, so it was no surprise when I began working as a Montessori teaching assistant my senior year of high school. I have continued to teach in and out of public and private institutions, as well as continue my own education. While in my undergrad , I was hand selected by one of my professors to be admitted to an honors course, wherein I received full course credit for teaching and tutoring in the college's Writing Center. I specialize in tutoring English (either as a second language, or as a technical and creative writing advisor) and am a published author (essays, poetry, and more) myself! I would love to help you or your child explore and expand these (and other) creative and academic skills!
