About Kaitlin

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With six years of experience, I specialize in English, Art, Sports & Fitness, and Study Skills for elementary and middle school students. I hold a college degree and am happy to obtain CPR training, First Aid certification, etc. My approach centers on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning. By actively observing, I tailor my methods, using visual aids, discussions, or hands-on activities to fit the child's unique style. When concepts feel difficult, I break them into manageable steps and celebrate every small victory. I believe open communication with the family is essential to achieving the best outcomes. Nothing is more rewarding to me than watching confidence grow as new skills are mastered. I truly look forward to the opportunity to discuss further.
