About Kaitlin

As a credentialed educator with experience in both general and special education, I believe in creating a student-centered, inclusive learning environment. My tutoring approaches is rooted in building positive authentic relationships with students, allowing them to feel comfortable and supported and their learning journey. I use diverse teaching strategies are tailored to each student students unique needs interest and strengths. My goal is a sense of belonging and encourage active participation, and empower students to be confident, lifelong learners. I am dedicated to helping students succeed, academically, and grow personally through engaging hands-on lesson lessons. When I am not teaching full time as an Education Specialist, I love going to my favorite places (Disneyland, SD Zoo), spending time with family & friends, and traveling.
