About Kaitlin

Hi! I'm Kaitlin AKA Miss Kaiti to my kiddos. I'm a reliable, patient caregiver with 3+ years of experience working with children. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting kids of all ages and abilities. I'm also finishing my AA in Sociology and will be transferring to San José State University this fall to pursue Social Work. As an RBT, I've supported children with ADHD, autism, and behavioral or emotional needs using positive behavior strategies and emotional-regulation tools. I'm great at creating a calm, fun, and structured environment where kids feel safe and supported. Outside of work, I enjoy music (singing, ukulele, piano), arts and crafts, being outdoors, photography, and building LEGO sets. I love bringing creativity into my time with my students. I'd love to get to know your family and help make your child's time both fun and encouraging.
