About Kaitlin

Hi! My name is Kaitlin , and I'm a college sophomore with a strong passion for education and helping others succeed. I currently work at Monument Academy Public Charter School, where I support students academically and behaviorally. This role has strengthened my skills in classroom support, one-on-one instruction, and adapting to different learning styles. In addition to my school-based experience, I've tutored my younger family members in subjects like math, reading, and science, and I regularly help my college classmates understand course material, prepare for exams, and improve their study habits. I'm patient, encouraging, and great at breaking down complex topics in a way that's easy to understand.
