About Kaitlen

Hi! I'm a college student double majoring in Political Science and Psychology with a passion for working with kids. Over the past year, I've worked in an elementary school as a Behavior Technician supporting K-5 students. In this role, I've helped implement behavior supports, assisted with learning activities, prepared lesson plans, and worked closely with students in the classroom. I'm CPR certified, trained in ABA principles, and my Safety-Care certification is current. I've also completed coursework in Developmental Psychology and Child Psychology, which helps me better understand children's emotional and developmental needs. I'm patient, responsible, and love creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment for kids-whether that's helping with homework, planning fun activities, or supporting their learning. I'm also happy to provide references from teachers and parents!
