About Nekane

Hi! My name is Nekane, and I'm currently a sophomore at UC Santa Cruz majoring in Psychology. I'm looking for a part-time babysitting position, and I would love the opportunity to support your family. I have experience working with young children through my mom's daycare, where I've helped care for kids mostly under 5 years old. Through this experience I've learned how important it is to be patient, calm, and attentive while keeping children engaged and safe. I'm comfortable helping with playtime, meals/snacks, basic routines, and maintaining a positive environment! As a Psychology major, I'm especially interested in child development, and I enjoy working with children in a way that supports their learning, emotional growth, and confidence.
