Kaitlen is a phenomenal caregiver. My kids instantly loved her, and I loved that I was hiring a professional— someone with extensive education in psychology, someone who has worked in schools, and someone who is very familiar with navigating all ages and abilities. She immediately knew how to jump into our busy home (I have a 4, 2, and 1 year old) and engage with my children. Kaitlen would be the perfect candidate for someone in search of a premium or high end childcare provider. She’s trustworthy, respectful, knowledgeable, and funny. Kaitlen is also a classically trained musician, so she is fully equipped to help children with fundamental music skills, should they have a need for it (ie—practicing for piano lessons, completing music homework of any kind, etc).
