About Kailyn

Hi! My name is Kailyn, and I have experience working with children of all ages through babysitting, tutoring, summer camps, and in school settings. I've cared for multiple children at several summer camps, helping create a fun, safe, and supportive environment for every child. I also have experience tutoring children and helping with academics, especially reading and learning support. I worked as a teacher's aide and became a Dyslexic Interventionist, where I helped students build confidence and improve their learning skills. I'm currently working toward my RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification because I'm passionate about helping children learn, grow, and feel supported. I'm patient, responsible, caring, and love creating positive connections with kids and families!
