About Kailey

Hello! My name is Kailey and I am a certified speech-language pathologist (SLP) with years of prior experience as a nanny. I currently work remotely in the schools and have a flexible schedule. I have significant experience working with children across a wide range of ages (i. e., 3-months to 21-years) who present with their own unique needs/characteristics (e. g., typically developing, developmental disabilities, behavioral concerns). I consider my patience, creativity, and quick problem solving to be my top strengths when working with children. I also enjoy laughter and providing naturalistic learning opportunities. When working with a family, I strive to emulate parent/caregiver models of boundaries, communication, and discipline in order to provide consistent care for the children. It's important to me that families feel that their values and household standards are upheld even when their children are in my care
