We hired Kailey from care.com over a year ago. Out of the three long-term nannies we’ve had, Kailey has, hands-down, been the best. Her duties included: picking up our three and five year old from preschool/kindergarten. Taking our three-year old to therapies, light house duties (meal prep, sweep/mop/laundry/organize pantry) when possible. She was always engaging the kids indoors, taking them to parks, and walks. She would do date nights as well as occasional overnights for us. My Husband and I work from home and Kailey was able to confidently nanny our kids with us around. We trust her 100% with our children. If our childcare situation would not have changed, she’s still be working for us. We’d highly recommend her.
