Avaree is nannying for my toddler Monday, Wednesday, Fridays, and she’s lovely with children. She’s patient, gets down to the kiddos level to talk to them, makes them feel heard. She narrates her and kiddo’s actions to foster language development. She has past experience working at a daycare so she has all the tips and tricks to handle whatever situations.
