About Kailene

Hi, I'm Kaili! I've been babysitting since age 11 and nannying since 16. Over the years I've had experience across all ages, with a particular specialty in newborns and toddlers. I believe childhood should be hands-on, imaginative, and screen-minimal, and I've spent years building lessons and games to make that a reality every single day. I've spent seven years teaching swimming. I've led mommy-and-me, child (3-16) lessons, and coached competitive swim teams. I attended culinary school and love sparking creativity and confidence in kids through cooking. I'm also an animal lover with hands-on experience and a goal of training service dogs. I recently welcomed my own little one in August and am now ready to get back to work! I'm available for full-time care if I can bring my baby along, or for part-time hours while my husband (who works from home) watches him. I'm excited to bring my energy, experience, and love for learning to each family I work with.
