I have about 9 years of experience. 2 of those years I spent working at a daycare bouncing infant room, toddlers and pre-k. I am comfortable with all ages and pets as well. I love all types of activities such as swimming, crafts, outdoors etc... I have my own transportation with a clean driving record. Kaila was punctual and dependable and a good communicator prior to babysitting. However, when she asked me what our Wifi passcode was when my son was clearly awake, it was concerning to me so I checked my in house camera. I witnessed her sitting on the sofa on her phone while I heard my 1yr old son in the other room. Then when he was supposed to go down for a nap at 1, at 12:40 I saw her sitting on the sofa again on her phone, while I could hear him scream at the top of his lungs in the other room while she tells him C go to sleep. I obviously rushed home, and saw toys everywhere and dirty dishes in the sink. I have never been worried about babysitters prior to this, however it definitely changes my perspective.
