You need Kaila in your life! In a world where finding reliable, responsible, fun and caring childcare is VERY difficult, she is a shining star. She has been taking care of my 2 young kids for several months now and it has been such a great experience to work with her. Prompt and clear communication, never feels combative, she's invested in the kids, and very accommodating when things come up. She gives a lot of herself to the job and you feel it. Highly recommend hiring Kaila!
