About Aja

Hello! :-) Helping children grow, learn, and feel supported has been a lifelong passion of mine. With 15 years of childcare experience, I've cared for children from infants through pre-teens and truly enjoy getting to know each child's unique personality, interests, and needs. I'm a reliable, creative, and child-centered caregiver who believes childcare should be a balance of fun, learning, structure, and connection. I love board games, puzzles, crafts, creative play, and helping with homework. I'm also happy to assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping. I hold a graduate degree and am CPR and First Aid certified. I respect each family's routines, preferences, and household rules, and I value clear communication and building trust. I look forward to becoming a caring, dependable part of your family and making a positive impact in your children's lives!
