I have a deep passion for working with children on the autism spectrum and truly understand the importance of patience, compassion, consistency, and meeting each child where they are. I am also a parent of a 7-year-old son who is autistic, which has given me personal experience and a strong understanding of the unique needs, challenges, strengths, and joys that come with raising and supporting a child on the spectrum. I am a strong advocate for autistic children and believe every child deserves to feel accepted, respected, loved, and supported. I have experience providing care, creating a safe and comfortable environment, understanding sensory needs, encouraging communication, and celebrating each child's individuality.
