About Kaidance

Hi! My name is Kaidance, and I'm a college nursing student with over 4 years of babysitting experience caring for children of different ages and needs. I'm CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certified, and I also hold medical assisting certifications, which gives me strong knowledge of safety, health, and emergency care. I have experience working with children aging from >1 yr to 14 yrs, and also with special needs. I always strive to create a patient, supportive, and positive environment where every child feels comfortable and cared for. I love building meaningful connections with kids through activities, learning, creativity, and fun while also maintaining a safe and structured space for them. I'm dependable, compassionate, organized, and passionate about helping families feel confident and comfortable when leaving their children in my care.
