Kaelyn has worked for my family for a little under a year as a part-time assistant and exceeded our expectations on all counts. She's incredibly responsible - we've trusted her with our car, house-sitting for long periods of time and some babysitting - punctual, and consistently goes above and beyond what's asked of her. We were really struggling with juggling work, home responsibilities and child care and Kaelyn came in and basically organized our life! Most importantly - at least to us - is Kaelyn's great attitude. She's extremely easy-going and kind, someone who is driven and work-oriented, but also very easy to get along and chat with. We'll be sad to see her leave (for a new city), and don't know what we'll do without her! But my husband and I know that who ever ends up as her next employer will be very lucky.
