Hello families! My name is kaelyn. I've been working with children for as long as I can remember. I've worked with individuals with autism in a clinical setting for 2 years now. Before I provided babysitting for families with special needs as well. As an RBT, I have specialized training in de-escalation strategies, maladaptive behaviors, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. I approach every child with compassion, patience, and empathy while encouraging independence and helping them build confidence in their abilities. I believe in meeting each child where they are at and taking the time to understand their individual needs, personality, strengths, and interests. My goal is to create a safe, positive, and fun environment where children feel comfortable being themselves while also learning and growing.
