I have over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with special needs across a variety of settings. My background includes working as a Service Coordinator, Direct Support Professional for independent and supported living, ABA provider and supervisor, and staff in a community-based day program focused on social skills and community integration (3:1 ratio). I have supported toddlers through older adults and especially enjoy working with teens and young adults. I provide person-centered care that prioritizes safety, meaningful connection, and engagement. I currently work overnight shifts Sunday-Thursday, so weekday availability is limited and must be discussed in advance. Availability: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays until 9 PM, with case-by-case weekday and overnight options. Comfortable with pets.
