Hi! Looking forward to Fall we will have an opening in our nanny share. We currently have 3 kiddos aged 3 but are open to younger kids and up to 4 years of age. Days available are Monday through Thursday.

We have an established location in Mount Vernon on a fully fenced 1/4 acre. The property has raspberries, strawberries, a cherry, apple and pear tree. The kids love to harvest. There are also 3 gentle dogs.

Kaci is an EXCEPTIONAL childcare provider! She provided care for our two children for over four years, and we still use her for backup care. Kaci will love, educate, engage, and feed your kid(s) with exquisite care. She is kind, calm, patient, and smart. I learned so much from watching her interact with my children and I strive to model my parenting after her example. She’s a gem!!!

Kaci’s creed is love and kindness all day every day. She is very professional and thoughtful. Her current toddler posse respects and loves her. Multiple times I’ve watched them put away a sprawling table of toys in a flash when she asks them to and inspires them with the next snack of organic fruit slices or the next activity. 

At the time of this writing, my son has been in Kaci’s daily care for about two years.  In that time, she has become an integral part of his development. When my child is in her care, I know that he is safe and loved, and while I really couldn’t ask for more, she provides him with so, so much more. Kaci takes a very personal interest in the children she cares for, and fosters their individuality while maintaining a healthy environment that promotes social-emotional growth for all of them. My son adores her. I adore her. She is not just my son’s nanny, she has also become a treasured friend to me.  

I can’t recommend Kaci enough for all that she has done for our daughter. Our daughter has been with her for nearly two years and has truly thrived under her care. Kaci cares for my daughter as her own, by providing Montessori based care and nutritious meals during the day. Kaci is amazing at communicating with us throughout the day on how our daughter is doing and I trust her whole heartedly with our little one. Kaci is more than a childcare provider, she is a part of our family! We treasure her dearly and I know that she will take excellent care of other families that are lucky enough to hire her!

We have been so fortunate to have Kaci as our nanny for the past year and a half. She is incredibly kind, patient, and nurturing with our son. Her Montessori-based, gentle-parenting approach has been wonderful in helping him build self-esteem and independence. We truly appreciate how focused she is on his emotional and developmental growth.

Communication with her is always easy and open—she is very receptive to any concerns and addresses them promptly. We also love that she provides nutritious meals, which gives us peace of mind. Throughout the day, she keeps us updated with pictures and messages, so we always know how our son is doing.

We are so happy with the care she provides and couldn’t recommend her more highly!! 

Kaci is our current child care provider for our 2.5 year old daughter and we cannot rave about her enough. Kaci is a compassionate teacher and care provider. She goes above and beyond to make sure every individual child is supported based on their needs and personalities. She partners with each family to understand what is needed for the child in whatever developmental stage they are in, and communicates clearly with the family to discuss strategies to best support the children. For example, she partnered with us to potty train our daughter (even through constipation issues) and made it a safe and fun environment to learn in. She is always updating the toys, books, play room, and outdoor spaces to ensure that the kids have fun activities to do throughout the day. She prepares healthy meals each day, provides a lot of play-time outside, and helps each child develop their emotional and social skills with ease. We've never trusted anyone more than Kaci and highly recommend her.

Kaci cared for my daughter daily from when she was 3 months to 2.5 years. She and her family became part of our family, and she was an invaluable resource for us as new parents thanks to her 20+ years as a professional caregiver and being a mom herself. I wish we still lived in the same city and she could care for my younger daughter, too!

Kaci was a godsend for us. Such a caring, loving, wonderful presence in our lives when our daughter was a baby. We will always love her!

Kaci is a mom and cares for every child like they are her own. She is gentle, nurturing, and knowledgeable. I trusted her with my baby nearly more than I trusted myself! She doesn't mess around with the things that matter such as safety,  but is super open minded and was always flexible to the different needs of the babies in our nanny share. She is a fantastic communicator and I always felt comfortable telling her any concerns or asking questions. She was honestly not only our nanny but also became a mentor to me as a first time mom. Even though I haven't seen her in a couple years (only because we don't live nearby), I still would trust her more than anyone else with my kids!
