Hi! I'm Kacey, a dedicated caregiver with a strong background in early childhood education. I currently work in a floating support role, providing breaks and support across multiple classrooms. I'm looking for a full-time position (30-40 hours a week) where I can bring consistency, care, and a fun, supportive environment into their daily life. My approach is rooted in a social emotional teaching style. I focus on safety and care while helping children understand feelings, build confidence, and positive relationships. I believe children thrive when they feel seen, heard, and supported, and I prioritize that daily. I love creating experiences like sensory play, outdoor walks, music, and imaginative play.
