Hello! My name is JyEssinty and I am excited about the opportunity to support and grow with a new family. I truly believe working with children is my calling, and I find so much joy in making a difference in their lives. I like working with kids because I love being able to help shape them into the wonderful people they're going to be in this world. Watching them learn new skills and be so proud of themselves for every accomplishment along the way is a joy that's completely unmatched. I like giving them a person that they know they can always come to when they need any help or support. I want to create a safe, loving, and happy environment for both the children and the parents. I also enjoy getting out of the house and exploring when given the chance. I enjoy hands-on activities, and sometimes that means getting out to experience and explore. I love to sing and dance, so having the freedom to get a little loud and move awesome!

She has provided a sense of comfort and stability for not only my son but myself as well. She is the first person outside of my family to watch over and care for my son and I couldn't be any happier with how my son has been cared for. She is very attentive with my son and gives me a peace of mind knowing my son is being showered with love and expanding his creativity and knowledge. I appreciate her creativity with my child in not only arts and crafts but with problem solving and addressing issues on how to navigate and help regulate his emotional development. My son has struggled with transition periods due to being a toddler and being on the spectrum. She helped create a plan to implement daily for smoother transitions. Not only has the transitions helped with her and I but with going anywhere now because of her knowledge and care for my child. My son has learned a lot from her as well as I. My son is also speech delayed and under her care he has started expressing himself more and learning how to sign and start speaking more which I'm so proud of. She helps my son reach and exceed his milestones.
