Justine has worked for our family for just over two years. She came to us when our youngest was about 1.5 and our oldest had just turned 4. She is always very punctual and comes up with creative activity and craft ideas for the kids and modifies as they learn new skills at various ages. She is well versed in all the gentle parenting techniques and even borrowed our Whole Brain Child book for her own education. She is active and strong so able to do lots of fun physical activities with them as well. The kids love her and see her as a member of the family. While she wasn’t with us when our children were infants, I would trust her with mine if we had had a third child.
