About Addison

Hi! I'm Addison, I'm 26 years old, and I've always loved working with kids :) I have over 10 years of childcare experience, including the past 6 years working full-time as a nanny/caregiver for children with special needs, including nonverbal autism and Angelman syndrome. I've cared for children of all ages, from newborns and toddlers to elementary and middle school children and young adults. My experience has taught me patience, compassion, adaptability, and the importance of making every child feel safe, loved, and supported. I love encouraging curiosity, celebrating milestones, and helping children learn and grow at their own pace.
