As a home health aide, I'm happy to help your loved ones with daily living tasks, prepare meals, and provide light housekeeping. I also have experience providing hospice and dementia care, adapting to changing routines, handling confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts or calls, and always follow your preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history is very important to me. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
