I hired Melanie several years ago and so glad I kept her phone number. She helped me become more independent and was amazing as a character of her back then. She responded right away when I called her regarding needing help again. She was the same caring compassionate thoughtful caregiver that she was years ago. My family was very appreciative of how Melanie sat and explained things to us so that we understood what was going on with my health she was a very active part of me getting better. Anytime I had a question or my family members had a question she made sure that we understood . I have referred to many friends and she's done an amazing job for all of them. She is great if you need a one time help or you need online care she is reliable she stays late if you need her too. I Cannot say enough good regarding Melanie as a caregiver. I wish there were more like her in the field.
