About Julius

After being laid off from my role as a Senior Creative Producer at Meta, I started driving Uber and unexpectedly found my passion for caregiving. I first met an elderly woman named, Priscilla, who first hired me as her driver, then as her at-home caregiver. I helped with daily tasks and companionship, and later supported her 94 yr old sister-in-law during heart surgery recovery. Caring for seniors is personal to me, I also help care for my parents. My mom is battling progressing dementia, and my dad has severe knee arthritis. These experiences have taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of dignity in care. I'm dependable, kind, and attentive, and I take pride in making people feel safe, comfortable, and supported. I'm great at keeping elders entertained through meaningful conversations and through salsa dancing!
