About Juliet

I'd describe my personality as supportive, caring and patient. I like tutoring because I love seeing the "lightbulb go off" when my student understands something. It lights me up when I am able to break down a complex concept into something simple for my student to understand. I'm looking for a job that offers flexibility and the opportunity to help others. In this case, I want to help my students grow and develop their academic abilities. I started tutoring when I was in high school. I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to tutoring again after completing my engineering degree. In my spare time, I like to meditate, read, spend time with friends and family, eat good food and exercise. One thing you should know about me is that I greatly value a safe learning environment. I try my best show up for all of my students with patience, compassion and kindness. This way, my student feel comfortable asking questions and their curiosity is nurtured.
