About Julie

Hello! I'm a compassionate and dedicated caregiver and full-time outpatient neuro occupational therapist with a strong background in supporting individuals of all ages and abilities. I have 6 years of experience as a preschool teacher, 3 years working in special education, and 1 year as a substitute teacher, but my greatest fulfillment comes from helping others live meaningful, independent lives. I have my doctorate in occupational therapy, and I'm First Aid and CPR certified. My professional training gives me a deep understanding of physical, cognitive, and emotional wellness as well as safe mobility, adaptive equipment, and home environment modification. While I work full time as an occupational therapist M-F, I'm available on evenings and weekends to provide quality senior care. I'm happy to assist with companionship, light exercise, medication reminders, meal preparation, and daily activities. I'd describe myself as patient, reliable, and genuinely caring.
