I'm already an errand and odd jobs type of gal; it's another way to care for someone. When friends are sick, they need healthy food, when your dog's lonely, I'll bring mine by. When you're too short to change your light bulbs, of course I will. If you need someone you trust to take your kids somewhere, I can be there. If you're not my mom and you want me to help you organize your digital life, or your physical life, you can pay me for that.
