I'm empathetic, friendly, and thoughtful. I spent a lot of time with my grandparents, who supported older adults through a county program. I'm looking for a role that involves meaningful interaction and light support. I haven't done direct senior care, but in my public-facing job I regularly helped older adults, including those with limited English or education. I have a cat, 2 dogs, and 1 step dog. I try to be steady, flexible, and respectful. My skills include adjusting how I communicate, staying calm, and being clear without rushing or overwhelming anyone. I'm also easy to work with and open to feedback. I try to pay attention to how people respond, stay aware of their comfort, and keep things manageable instead of stressful.
