Teaching piano is my passion. I absolutely love helping a student realize their musicality and interest, developing them into confident musicians. In 2008, I received my Bachelor of Music with Piano Performance emphasis. My private studio has run for 25 years, and students have and currently range in ages 5 through adult, beginner through advanced levels. In addition to teaching, I actively participate in accompanying soloists, instrumentalists, and choir. The concepts of theory, note reading, and technique are the foundation of a student's study, with the extra benefits of ear training and sight- reading. Weekly lessons ensure that the student maintains constant progress and works towards success. Students have the opportunity to participate in the local musical festivals and events, and are provided two other performance opportunities of recitals during the year.
