With seven years of experience of teaching in a classroom, I am passionate about helping students unlock their full potential through personalized support. My teaching philosophy centers on building confidence and fostering a love for learning, creating an engaging and patient environment. I adapt my methods using visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions, regularly checking in with parents to ensure we're all on the same page. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests, celebrating small victories, and breaking down complex problems. Communication is key to understanding student needs and building trust. As a certified teacher, experienced with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504). I currently hold a teaching certificate in two states for K- 8 Multiple Subjects, a bachelor's degree in education, and a Master degree in Teaching Reading/ Literacy
