After college I was a Club Director of a local Boys and Girls club where I was responsible for staff and 50+ kids K-5. I've also worked as a pre-K teacher and as an ABA behavior technician doing in home treatment with families. During the past year I have been primarily working as a nanny for families with infants. I have gotten the opportunity to work with a variety of ages and needs and I have really enjoyed it! Molly was an amazing nanny for our family while we spent two months in Virginia over the summer. She cared for our 13-month-old while my husband and I worked remotely, and they quickly formed such a sweet bond. Molly was dependable, engaging and so much fun. She took initiative, created age-appropriate games and activities, and never needed to be asked to jump in. She also got along beautifully with our entire family. We highly recommend her!
