About Julie

My RN experience includes working surgical oncology in a hospital, patient care in home health and management of clinical staff in home health. My personal goal as a home health nurse has been to keep my clients as healthy and as safe as possible in their homes, enabling them to have the best quality of life. I believe frequent and clear communication with clients, their caregivers and physicians is key to creating a strong partnership between the team. It builds trust and allows transparent collaborative care. It also helps to quickly identify a change in status allowing for timely intervention. I work with an empathetic attitude and empower my clients to be an active participant in their health, wellness and safety.
