About Julia

Hi there! My name is Julia and I'm a responsible, warm, and reliable 29-year-old. My education is in social work and I have received formal education and training on early childhood development. I have multiple years of experience working with youth in a professional setting as a social worker and child & adolescent psychotherapist. After a recent move to Oregon from the Midwest, I'm looking to take on some as needed babysitting jobs while I build out my therapy caseload here! I love creating calm, fun spaces for children to feel safe, engaged, and understood. I'm comfortable with keeping up with routines, meals, bedtime, and supporting kids with big feelings. In my free time I love to spend time outdoors, see music with friends, and get into all sorts of crafts! I'm happy to answer any additional questions.
