About Ivy

Hi!! I'm Ivy, and I'm a college student who loves neuroscience, nature, and having fun with kids to give parents time to sleep, socialize, or whatever else they may need to do. I'm friendly, responsible, creative, extremely caring, and highly organized. In 4+ years of experience (and a lifetime of being an oldest sibling), I've developed the social and behavior management skills and emotional intelligence to help kids from all backgrounds feel supported and safe in any context. I own a car and would love to go on city or nature adventures with kids, cook with or for them, do crafts or STEM activities, or anything else! I love turning ordinary activities into a fun game. I also enjoy housekeeping and making sure the house and dishes are clean when parents return. I have been a medical assistant, and have camp counselling, babysitting, mentoring, and tutoring experience with a range of age groups. I'd love to bring my caring, whimsical, fun energy to activities with your kiddos!
