About Julia

I'd describe my personality as confident, creative, and responsible. I like working with kids because I enjoy seeing the positive impact I can have on their development. Not only can I push them to grow, I can learn through their perspectives and creative ideas. I started working with kids when I 13 with tutoring elementary school students in mathematics. With my passion for helping others, I decided to become a lifeguard to ensure the safety of my community. While in highschool, I was a volunteer coach for the Murray Middle School wrestling club, where I could influence how the students viewed both their coursework and their extracurriculars. In my spare time, I like to read, draw, play videogames, and work on engineering projects. My skills include first aid training, CPR knowledge, tutoring, communication, and organization.
