I'd describe my personality as earnest, caring, with integrity I like working with kids because I get to tap into creativity, play and light hearted sincerity and a vibrant more simple way of being when I'm present with children. I'm looking for a job that is part time, reliable and where I get to apply my energy in a way that will be supportive and worthwhile. I started working with kids when I was a young teen, growing up around big families there were always younger siblings to care for. I also have four nibblings (gender non-specific term of endearment), whom I've helped care for and raise. In my 20s I did nanny and babysitting work. In my spare time, I sing in choirs, love to bake and cook, I spend time with nature, and building communities to work for change in our cultural and socio political systems. My top skills include playing in nature, teamwork and collaboration, and attuning to young nervous systems to help ground and calm.
