About Julian

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Julian care for our three children over the past year. She truly became part of our family and brought a calm and loving presence into our home. She managed all aspects of their care- school/daycare pickups, activity-hopping, playtime, feeding meals, bath time, and bedtime routines. She was incredibly consistent and reliable- always on time and always remembering schedule-changes with the kids. She was incredibly communicative and never shied away from asking questions or letting us know about any concerns with the kids. Our youngest was not easy- he was a very challenging and particular baby and required a lot of patience and time. Julian handled this with incredible grace- she never got overwhelmed, stayed steady and kind, and over time, won him over and built a beautiful bond with him. She also went above and beyond in thoughtful ways- bringing little things for the kiddos she thought they'd like, keeping our fridge stocked with pomegranate seeds when the little ones were obsessing over them, and always coming by on birthdays/holidays to see them and love on them. It was never expected, but showed how much she genuinely cared. Everyday that Julian leaves, the kids give her a big hug and kiss and tell her that they love her which is a reflection of how loving and nurturing she herself is. Any family would be lucky to have her. We recommend her wholeheartedly.
