Julianna was an absolute gem. She accepted our last-minute job with ease, asked thoughtful qualifying questions, and made us feel completely comfortable entrusting her with the care of our child. Upon arrival, she was prompt, professional, and even invited us to inspect her home without any prompting. She asked all the right questions, including what content our child could watch, any allergies to be aware of, and our preferred method of communication, along with other reassuring inquiries. We left feeling confident and at ease. When we returned, Juliana had our child ready to go, ensured all toys and personal items were accounted for, and even walked us to the car. I wholeheartedly recommend Julianna and would not hesitate to rely on her again.
